Cancellation and Payment Policy

Cancellation and Payment Policy for Workshops:

In the unlikely event of workshop cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation and payment policy:

  • - Full refund: You can receive a full refund if you cancel or defer at least 3 weeks before the class start date.

  • - Partial refund: If you cancel within 3 weeks of the class start date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

  • - No refund: No refunds are available for cancellations made within 1 week of the class start date.

  • - Class transfer Fee: Moving to another available class within the same term incurs a €25 administrative fee if done within 3 weeks of the class start date.

  • - Course dropouts: If you drop out during a course, you are not eligible for a refund and must pay any outstanding fees.

  • For some workshops, a deposit secures your place as soon as it is received. This will be noted in the description of the workshop or course.
